The better the contact between the neutralizing solution (NEUSOL AP + water) with the water, the better the result.
With 1 liter of NEUSOL AP we can treat up to 1,000,000 liters of closed circuit water and up to 10,000,000 liters of domestic wastewater.
- Dilute 1 liter of NEUSOL AP in 500/1000 liters of clean water. The mixture must remain homogeneous.
- Once we have the diluted and homogeneous product, it is injected at the most appropriate points:
If the problem is that the paper produced is impregnated with odors. The injection is done at the entrance of water to production.
If the problem is in the water decanter, the injection is made in a register before the decanter.
If the problem is at any other point in the debugging process, there is the injection
- The injection must be carried out continuously, depending on the water flow. E.g. for a flow of 150,000 l / h we would inject 2-3 l / h of mixture.
If production is interrupted on weekends, the first two days of the week may need to be dosed a little more to neutralize the gases generated during the weekend.
The indicated doses are approximate and should always be adapted to the specific application.
